MC Prep is a spirit-filled Christian school with a deep commitment to developing the next generation of Kingdom Leaders. Our greatest desire is that when students leave MC Prep, they not only understand their identity in Christ but also have experienced meaningful opportunities to grow as spiritual leaders.

Presence-Driven Culture

One of the defining characteristics of MC Prep is that we are presence-driven. We continually seek His guidance, asking for His heart and mind in everything we do. The Holy Spirit leads us in shaping both education and spiritual development.

We also teach our students to be presence-driven—to seek God's voice for wisdom and direction in their daily lives. Our goal is for every student to encounter God daily and learn to hear and obey His voice guiding and leading them.

Biblical Worldview

While culture constantly shifts, we remain steadfast in viewing the world through the lens of God’s Word. A strong biblical worldview means recognizing the Bible as the highest authority and filtering our beliefs, actions, and curriculum through its truth.

Our curriculum, BJU, keeps a biblical worldview at the core of every subject. Rather than starting with man’s assumptions and refuting them with Scripture, we begin with God’s truth as the standard. Students also strengthen their biblical worldview through our Connect with God classes, where they actively engage with Scripture and deepen their faith.

Connect with God

Connect with God is a unique curriculum developed by Mercy Culture Preparatory. From preschool through high school, students begin each day in their Connect with God class, where they explore biblical principles, memorize Scripture, and learn to encounter God in personal ways.

Many of us grew up believing there was only one way to connect with God—through quiet time or church engagement. While Jesus is the only way to God, there are many ways to connect with Him. Whether through movement, meditating on Scripture, taking communion, experiencing Him in creation, dancing in worship, or artistic expression—God speaks in many ways. Our desire is for students to discover how they best connect with Him so they can grow in their personal relationship with God.

Connect with God classes provide a space for students to explore and practice these different ways of encountering Him, helping them develop a deeper, more personal walk with Christ.

Corporate Encounters

Formerly known as chapel, Corporate Encounters are weekly large-group gatherings where students experience God together. Separated by grade levels (High School, Jr. High, and Elementary), these encounters provide opportunities for students to worship, hear a corporate word, and grow as the body of Christ.
