Admissions Process

At MC Prep, we have a thorough enrollment process designed to ensure alignment between our staff and prospective families. We believe it’s crucial to partner with families who share the same values and beliefs that our school upholds. This mutual understanding fosters a strong, collaborative relationship as we work together to nurture and develop Kingdom leaders.
 

Open Enrollment:

Open enrollment is an opportunity for new families to apply to MC Prep. Our open enrollment period starts February 1, 2024. Students are evaluated on a first come, first serve basis and offered admission accordingly.

➊ Schedule a Connection Call

We'd love to connect with you and help you navigate the admission process. Connection Calls are short 15-minute one-on-one conversations designed to help you learn more about our school and for us to learn more about how we can partner together to equip your students.

➋ Visit Our Campus

Attend School Preview Day
School Preview Day will give you an all-encompassing example of what it's like to be a part of MC Prep. This event takes place during the school day, allowing parents and students to experience the school while it's in session. Families will attend our all-school chapel in the morning, followed by a brief presentation and tour of the school. 

Wednesday, January 29 from 8:30-10:30AM

Visit an Open House:
Our Open House is an option for those wanting to visit our campus. We will start with a short presentation from our Head of School, then break into smaller groups to tour the campus. Haven't had a connection call yet? That's okay, we'd still love for you to attend!

Sunday, February 23rd from 1-3PM

Take a Tour: 
Individual tours are available Monday through Thursday from 10AM - 2PM for all available grade levels. Each tour will include visitation to classes and grades of interest, introductions to available staff and an overview of the building. To take a tour, please schedule a connection call and a member of our team will reach out to you. 
 

➌ Submit Your Application

If you've decided you are interested in becoming a Royal, your next step is to complete the online student application. If you have multiple students, you must complete an application for each of them. 

Be prepared to include the following documentation:
• Most Recent Report Card and/or school Transcript, K-12th grade
• Standardized Test Scores from Previous School, K-12th grade

Our Online Application Fee is $75 for K-12 & $50 for Preschool.

➍ Admission Testing & Family Interview

Every student is required to take a standardized entrance test. After completing your application, you will be contacted to schedule your admission testing. This helps us ensure your student is placed at the appropriate academic level. 

Family interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know potential parents and students, and for you to get to know us. We desire to partner with families who align with our values and beliefs, and want their student(s) developed in an environment with an uncompromising biblical worldview.

➎ Notification of Acceptance

Following your Admission Testing and Family Interview, you will receive an email from our Admissions Team letting you know of our decision. 

➏ Complete Enrollment Packet

If notified of acceptance, you will complete a New Student Enrollment Packet and pay the $350 New Student Enrollment Fee to secure your spot for the 2024-2025 academic school year.
