Admissions Process
At MC Prep, we steward a thoughtful and thorough enrollment process designed to ensure strong alignment between our school and the families we serve. As a Mercy Culture school, we intentionally partner with families who are committed to following Jesus and who desire a Christ-centered education rooted in shared faith, values, and purpose.
Our vision is to lead students from corporate encounters with God into daily, personal encounters with Him. Our mission is to partner with families to develop Kingdom leaders by equipping the whole student—spirit, mind, and body—through presence-driven discipleship.
Because of this mission, we prioritize enrolling families who align with our Foundational Beliefs, actively participate in a Christian church community, and are committed to spiritual formation both at home and within the local church. While MC Prep is not affiliated with a specific denomination, we do ask that families share a genuine commitment to living out the core beliefs of the Christian faith.
We believe healthy education requires healthy partnership. Spiritual leadership begins in the home, and our role is to come alongside families—seeking God’s heart together for each student’s growth. We are committed to supporting parents as they raise disciples who know God, walk with Him daily, and confidently live out their faith in every area of life.
Open Enrollment:
Open enrollment is an opportunity for new families to apply to MC Prep for the upcoming school year. Our open enrollment period starts February 2, 2026. Students are evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis and offered admission accordingly.

We'd love to connect with you and help you navigate the admission process. Connection Calls are short 15-minute one-on-one conversations designed to help you learn more about our school and for us to learn more about how we can partner together to equip your students.

➋ Visit Our Campus
Attend School Preview Day/Open House
School Preview Day will give you an all-encompassing example of what it's like to be a part of MC Prep. This event takes place during the school day, allowing parents and students to experience the school while it's in session. Families will attend our all-school chapel in the morning, followed by a brief presentation and tour of the school.

Take a Tour:
Individual tours are available Monday through Thursday from 10AM - 2PM for all available grade levels. Each tour will include visitation to classes and grades of interest, introductions to available staff and an overview of the building. To take a tour, please schedule a connection call and a member of our team will reach out to you.
➌ Submit Your Application
If you've decided you are interested in becoming a Royal, your next step is to complete the online student application. If you have multiple students, you must complete an application for each of them.
Be prepared to include the following documentation:
• Most Recent Report Card and/or school Transcript, K-12th grade
• Standardized Test Scores from Previous School, K-12th grade
Our Online Application Fee is $75 for K-12 & $50 for Preschool.
➍ Admission Testing & Family Interview
Every student is required to take a standardized entrance test. After completing your application, you will be contacted to schedule your admission testing. This helps us ensure your student is placed at the appropriate academic level.
Family interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know potential parents and students, and for you to get to know us. We desire to partner with families who align with our values and beliefs, and want their student(s) developed in an environment with an uncompromising biblical worldview.
➎ Notification of Acceptance
Following your Admission Testing and Family Interview, you will receive an email from our Admissions Team letting you know of our decision.
➏ Complete Enrollment Packet
If notified of acceptance, you will complete a New Student Enrollment Packet and pay the $350 New Student Enrollment Fee to secure your spot for the upcoming academic school year.
